This project had to be in the dry in just 8 days and Superior got it done as required.
We used GAF’s TPO White Membrane System installed at the rate of 20,000 square feet per day to make the production goal of just 8 days.
J.C. Penney - Rolling Oaks Mall
Superior Roofing was chosen to install J.P. Steven’s white thermoplastic single-ply membrane on this JC Penney Store at Rolling Oaks Mall as part of the manufacturer’s national accounts program with this major retailer.
La Arcata Retail Center
This project features a combination of 252 squares of Carlisle TPO and 102 squares of Claymex Tile roofing. The roofs were domed, or radius, roofs requiring enhanced safety procedures for our installers.

Superior Roofing installs thousands of squares of metal roofing and we own the pan forming equipment to manufacturer these systems at the jobsite.
Walmart –Boerne, Texas
The roof system of this 180,000 square foot building for Walmart Stores of Bentonville Arkansas consisted of mechanically fastened TPO membrane over one layer 1.8” isocyanurate roof insulation.
