There are many roofing companies out there that advertise roofing and re-roofing services (just pick up the yellow pages). Some of them are even pretty good at installing new roofs and roof replacements. But there is more to the decision of who to choose to roof your building than whether or not they can put on a good roof.
What about service after the sale? There is only a handful of roofing companies in South Texas that have dedicated roofing service departments to back up their warranties and, of course, take care of all the roofs you are responsible for. When we say dedicated, we mean an actual department with a service manager and specialized crews who just do roof repairs, roof maintenance work and roof modification when a new roof-top unit or pitch pan needs to be added to the building.
Without a dedicated roofing service department you are likely to get put on the back burner in favor of doing the next paying roof job with the only work force the contractor has to send you.

But we also are available to service any roof you have ----whether we put it on or not. We also do a lot of finish-out work as well. Finish-outs are situations where the needs of the building occupants are not fully known at the time of construction or change in an existing building with the addition of a new tenant. We are then called out to work with air-conditioning contractors, electricians, and plumbers to flash the penetrations they need to make to install new roof top equipment.
