Kevin joined Superior Roofing in 2017 after graduating from The University of Texas at San Antonio. He received his B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance & Development and his Master of Business Administration. He completed the Project Management Institute's - Certified Associate in Project Management program in 2018.

Matt Pauley
Vice President

Matt joined Superior Roofing in 2008. His current roles include client relations, commercial estimating, and logistical oversight. Matt graduated from the NRCA's Future Executive Institute in 2019. He also graduated, with honors, from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology.

Samuel Pepi
Estimator/Project Manager

Sam has been in the roofing industry since 2003. He currently leads the estimating department with his wealth of roofing knowledge. After serving in the United States Armed Forces, Sam graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.S. degree in Construction Science and Management.

Office Manager

Amy has been in the construction industry since 2006, and joined the Superior team in 2012. Amy handles contract administration, payables, billing, and more.

Tommy Pipkin
Production Manager

Tommy joined Superior in 2019 and currently leads the production team. He ensures projects are completed safely and meet quality standards.

Chris Mikkelson
Purchasing
Chris has been purchasing and managing material for over 23 years. Before joining the Superior Roofing team, Chris purchased material for the commercial airline industry, Arizona’s largest grocery store chain, and for a top electrical construction company in Phoenix, AZ.

Shannon Sugioka
Service Manager
Shannon joined Superior in 2018 as a Superintendent, His emphasis on safety and quality quickly excelled him into a Senior Superintendent position before stepping into his current role as Service Manager.

Shannon served in the U.S. Armed Forces for over 18 years as a Civil Affairs Officer. He received his B.B.A degree in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M and his M.A. in Organizational Security Management from Webster University.
